Release June 20, 1966- Recorded on January 25 – March 10, 1966

Blonde on Blonde represents a successful departure from Bob Dylan’s earlier acoustic folk style by blending folk with rock, country, and blues elements with an all-star lineup of studio musicians. The album features iconic tracks like "Rainy Day Women #12 & 35,"  "Just Like a Woman," and “I Want You.” Other tracks garnered interest include the more lengthy "Visions of Johanna," with its surreal lyrics, and "Sad Eyed Lady of the Lowlands," a slow romantic waltz spanning an entire side of the record. Blonde on Blonde is celebrated as one of Dylan's finest records, reaching number 9 on the Billboard Charts and earning a 2x Platinum Certification. It continues to be regarded as a landmark album that showcases Dylan's artistic vision and lyrical genius.
